By using ReserveYourSlot you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We've tried to keep them short and readable.

Pricing — free for now

ReserveYourSlot is currently free to use. In the future we may start charging for additional or advanced functionality, and/or introduce advertising, to help support the service. If we do, we'll make any paid features clear before you use them, and the core features you rely on today won't suddenly disappear without notice.

What the service is

ReserveYourSlot lets you create signup pages ("events") with one or more slots, share a link, and collect signups. Anyone can sign up for an event without an account; you only need a free account to create and manage events.

Your account and responsibilities

You're responsible for the events and content you create and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to use ReserveYourSlot to break the law, to send spam, to harass anyone, to collect data you're not entitled to collect, or to disrupt the service.

As an organizer you're responsible for how you handle the personal data of people who sign up to your events (their names and email addresses), and for telling them how you'll use it where the law requires.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display it so the service can work (for example, showing your event page to the people you share it with). We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep ReserveYourSlot fast and available, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may update these terms; when we make significant changes we'll update the date above.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ReserveYourSlot isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
