Do people need an account to sign up?
No. Anyone can sign up for your event in seconds with just their name and email — no account required. You only need a free account to create and manage events.
Can I limit how many people sign up for each slot?
Yes. Each slot can have a capacity, so it fills up and closes automatically once it's full. Leave the capacity blank for unlimited signups.
Can slots have dates and times?
Yes. Each slot can have its own optional date and time — useful for shifts, appointments, or time-based sign-ups. Times you set are shown to participants in your timezone, and they can convert them to their own with one tap.
Do you send confirmations and reminders?
Yes. Participants get a confirmation email when they sign up, and you can schedule optional reminder emails before the event so fewer people forget.
Can I keep participants' names private?
Yes. You choose whether other participants see who has signed up, or just how many spots are taken. The organizer always sees the full roster.
